[Case Study] Corregate Silo Interior Construction

We will introduce a case where approximately 50 sheets of iron plates, weighing about 37 kg each, were installed for repairs inside the corrugated silo!

We would like to introduce a case study of the "corrugated silo lining work" carried out at a ready-mix concrete factory in Aichi Prefecture. This corrugated silo is used to store sand, which is a raw material for ready-mix concrete. However, the outer wall had corroded, causing holes to form and sand to spill out. We implemented repairs to prevent spillage by installing steel plates from the inside of the corrugated silo. Due to the extensive corrosion, the number of steel plates installed increased accordingly, but the work has successfully eliminated any spillage of materials.
